Ecuador was an exciting and very beautiful country. This was the only time we have been on a “group” tour. It was with Gate 1 Travel. It was a small group, and we were always the last of the group, stopping for photographs! I can’t recommend them enough for people that want to see as much as possible, in a short period of time. Every day we were on the road at 8:00 am and we did not stop until dark. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, and also entertaining. He got us into locations, behind the scenes, and to places that typically only a local or well-connected person would be aware of. From the mountains, to the Amazon, to enchanting rose farms. It was a great trip.
